Canada Soccer is gearing up to broadcast every day from every venue of the 2016 Sport Chek National Championships, with the week-long schedule culminating with the eight gold-medal matches happening on Oct. 10. It marks the most extensive coverage of the Sport Chek National Championships and the first time that every venue will have daily broadcasts.

From Oct. 5-10, select matches are set to be broadcasted by Canada Soccer from this year’s four venues – the U-14 Cup in Moncton, NB, the U-16 Cup in Lethbridge, AB, the U-18 Cup in Vaughan, ON, and both the men’s Challenge Trophy and women’s Jubilee Trophy in St. John’s, NL.

A comprehensive broadcast schedule will be published on CanadaSoccer.com in the week before the Sport Chek National Championships. Bell Alliant will provide broadcast from Moncton and St. John’s while Sports Canada TV will provide the broadcast from Lethbridge and Vaughan.

Players that have competed in past editions of the Sport Chek National Championships include National Team players #Doneil Henry, #Atiba Hutchinson, #Kadeisha Buchanan, and #Sophie Schmidt.

On the journey to the 2016 Sport Chek National Championships, clubs from across Canada have competed in regional and provincial competitions over a 13-month period from September 2015 to September 2016 with Canada Soccer providing coverage of every provincial championship from May to September.
